Well see the thing is I have been looking up some laws for Ohio...and I am going to maintain it is "the weird state"

Apparently in your state it is illegal to get a fish drunk...

Now in order for this to be a law you must think at some point someone decided to get a fish completely smashed on Malibu or whiskey and whatever person and fish then got up to it was enough to cause criminal damage or a public disturbance...

All of this worries me
