Thanks :)  I think these are my 3rd attempt at feathered wings, the other two being on tiny g4 ponies.  These are HUGE in comparison, and I spent a good deal of time petrified that one of my cats would knock him over or he'd be off-balance.  So far though, he's pretty solid, but I'll have to see how much his weight shifts when I do the hair.
