Where did this Hat come from? Please Help?

This hat is driving me crazy! Ive had it since I was little, But for the life of me cant remember what it came with or who. I cant find it anywhere! Im hoping someone will know

There are several Tea Bunnies pictures on Ghost of the Doll; their hats are bigger and the ear holes are larger and closer together. Since the little faces on the hatpins seem to be bears or cats, I'd assume the toy it originally came from was a bear or cat.

It has little bears on it. Its cute, but its drove me crazy forever! It does not fit on any pony that's not G1. Im just floored. It may just be a mystery forever to me lol
