Kay, so here are the things of these sets I have.

I was at the Houston Galleria mall earlier, walked through all three floors, and didn't get a street pass.

I don't get many streetpasses, either. I think I've gotten maybe 3 since New Leaf came out, that aren't friends/family or people living in my Mom's apartment complex where I'm living at the moment o.o

I think I have about 20 AC streetpasses... I've gotten them all around, which is sad-- because I do not go out often. O_o; if I remember right... when I was driving... at work... flea market... asian markets... and book stores.

I am very worried when I go to a convention though. :< It's going to fill up fast, and it bugs me you can't order than 5 items at a time. I do cross my fingers maybe I'll meet people multiple times, and maybe I can get more balloons...

I had mine with me while I was out running errands, but no dice. :/ At least I got some Play Coins.

The only place I've had any luck with Street Passes so far is at a major travel hub by my work. Picked up two there. Only work in the office one day a week though (telecommute the rest of the time), so I don't get over there often.

Tempted to go to Anime USA for a day and see what I can pick up. Just when I think I'm done with cons...

They are European-exclusive DLC. Cannot be reordered. So you either have to be in Europe, buy one off someone, or have someone get one for you.
