After I worked and worked last night on this pony I decided I hate it. It just isn't matching my vision. So I've prepped a new bait (less time than stripping this one) and will try doing this a different way. I originally wasn't going to do a lot of sculpting but I think that's the only way I can get my point across.

I love Gradients

I got a few base coats of paint and started a rough background on my pony I'm hemming and hawing over the design I just don't know for sure about it. I'm going to look at hair and maybe that will help me finalize a few things

Gonna spend my day working on my swap piece... still not certain its got 'enough' pop to the design. Maybe I'll sculpt some more bits.... or add some funky gradients... or something.

I started mine yesterday afternoon, scrapped it once, and I'm letting some clay dry and I'll see if I like it.  Now I know why I don't do sculpted hair!
