Colour Suggestions for rehairs I'll be doing (for myself)

Okey dokey customizers, I got my swap box today of Baby Yoyo and she gave me some bait ponies which will be fantastic practice for rehairing and also give me some alternate styles for my CP army.

I'm weeding out some suggestions for alternate rehair colours for the following darling ponies;

Cotton Candy
Peachy
Lemon Drop
Italy Blossom

I have ideas but it would be nice to hear some of your ideas and possibly see some of your CP pony rehairs if possible. I'm classing a rehair as a custom on here so as not to irritate folks who dislike rehairs  thus my thread is here amongst the custom threads.

All the ones you listed as very gorgeous pastel ponies, so I think I would probably try to play up a bit of a color contrast.  Things like really brilliant reds and blues, deep purples, jewel greens, as well as lighter colors in the vein of Dollyhair's Virgin Snow or Moonlight (not that you have to use those, just that those are the best examples I can think of!)  I'm sure folks will give you some fantastic suggestions and I can't wait to see them when they're finished!

I'm liking the idea of Virgin Snow I was thinking of that kind of bright white for Cotton Candy

I would love to see a lemon drop with bright green hair! Maybe a cotton candy with pastel blue hair? Whenever I buy cotton candy in bags at fairs, it's always a mix of blue and pink.

there is a fab thread over at the corral called "show me your alt rehairs" or so - I do get a lot of inspiration out of looking at all those lovely rehairs...

I always like white for blossom (I know - boring) ;-)
I think I'd like pastel light blue on peachy.
Lemon Drop and Cotton Candy could definetly do ith some colour!

I'm gonna check out the alternate rehair thread tonight, I'm doing one of my peachy's in dusky rose (i think thats the name) which i'd bought for a commission but haven't used because it didn't go with the other colours in the custom.

PKW is good at putting perfume puff hair on ponies...it would probably kill me trying i'm exaggerating but not much lol

Personally I'd like to try yellow or Pussycat pink on Lemon Drop, and blue if it's a "Blue Drop." Perhaps you could do the same The pink is inspired by the German Princess Starburst variant with pink hair. Isn't the regular Princess SB a bit like a royal Lemon Drop?

I was toying with the idea of yellow for Lemon Drop  I saw someone elses on here that was yellow and she looked lovely I have some pussycat i'll see what it looks like next to her once my man has dehaired her

These are great ideas!  I have been thinking about doing a blend of blues for one of my Lemon Drop baits...also thought about doing a bright pink too.  Will have to dig through the rest of my ponies and see what I've got.  Keep coming with the great ideas! 

Ooh...I wonder if Lemon Drop or Blossom would look good with Guacamole?
