I think these will be the wave 9 BB. My BF contacted the seller and they have the same codes that Blind Bag Ponies released on bags got. And as production code she has:

30631 wich means she was Produced this year.

Rarity reminds me of the blacklight poster cover for the Rarity micro-series. They look pretty funkadelic, wonder if they'll be part of a new wave or in one of the mini packs?
