Seller tuhobbytoys never sent my pony

I bought a pony from this seller tuhobbytoys way back in June 19th 2012. Lourdes Vilca *edited for privacy*, she never sent me my pony and never sent me my money back. I keep contacting her and she has been telling me for over a year that she has shipped the pony but it keeps coming back to her. Then she tells me that she will give me my money back but she hasn't

I even sent her MORE money for shipping a second time, but when the pony didn't arrive "yet again" I filed a claim to get my shipping money back. She would have took that too! 
 
I told her that if she was not going to ship my pony then please give me back my money and she is now ignoring my emails. I have been so patient with her! I have given her plenty of time to send my pony, I am giving up so I just want other buyers to be aware that if you buy a pony from her, if you don't receive it before the time is up to file a claim, make sure you file that claim. I believed that she sent it and so I didn't file in time, I thought that she was honest with me, but now I am out pony and my money   

She sells things on ebay, and has some stuff she is selling now so she is quite active. 

I have her email address if any of the Mods needs it.

I am sorry this is wrong, its a form of theft and I hope the mods can get to the bottom of this for you and at least work something out.  I wish people would just do the right thing rather than running from a problem.  I hope this works out for you.

I honestly do not have any further advice for you other than what you have already done.  She probably figures it's been a year so why bother because there is nothing you can do at this point. But if she was honest and knew that the pony never arrived she should have refunded your money as soon as she knew there was a problem.

She is from Argentina, right? Her name sounds fimilar...I think I have bought a pony at ebay from her without any problems, but when I have bought the second one, it never arrived and I have to reported to ebay to get my money back.

I told her yesterday that I had posted over at trader support. She sent me a message on ebay today saying that it was a misunderstanding and she would send the pony again at no cost. I am praying and crossing my fingers that the 3rd time will be the charm! 

Hello, sorry for all this misunderstanding, the pony came back with many months of delay from US to Argentina, and I couldn't contact with you, I didn't have your email because Ebay remove the information from the items that I have sold for more the 60 days. I found the pony and I'll send it to you without any cost, but I need an specific address where the post office service can find you.  Thanks you and I'm really sorry for al this. I'll be waiting for the address so I could send you the pony.

She must have forgotten that I was emailing her or something I don't know, she did have my email, cause I kept bugging her to send me my money back or my pony lol. Perhaps she changed her email? I dunno I just want my pony.
I sent her a message back and told her I would let everyone here know when I receive the pony. So I am hoping to have my long awaited for pony, and good news in the weeks to come! I'll keep you all posted

Update: She sent me another message this evening.

Oh, I didn't realize that your email is the same as the one on your Paypal account, I'm really sorry. ok, I'll be sending the pony to you on Monday because tomorrow is the Flag day here and there are holydays until Monday, so the post office won't be working during those days. On monday I'll be sending it, and I'll let you know the tracking number. Thank you very much!

Well the last thing I heard from her was that she was shipping it Monday. But alas no response when I asked her if it had been shipped I will keep asking her and hopefully she responds. I will let you all know if she says it is shipped and when it arrives *fingers crossed*

Update!!! I got this package in the mail today and......

IT WAS HER!!!!!! AFTER OVER A YEAR OF WAITING SHE IS FINALLY HERE!!!!!
