I don't absolutely hate them but I'm not a doll collector either. Not hasbro's finest moment but I'm sure some little girls are gonna love them:) I wont' buy them all but maybe a couple if they're not too much. Should be interesting to see the final product.

Sunset Shimmer's upper eyeshadow blends into her brows so well that I thought she had this big, thick, hairy eyebrows at first.

I mean...maybe if the stores end up with such a heaping pile of them that they get marked way down. Maybe I'd try to fix poor AJ or something. But it's not looking good. And there is so much choice MLP stuff comming out...I'd rather get some of that stuff instead.

I kinda like Sunset Shimmer. But I was hoping they'd be articulated like MH. I don't even like MH and I was open to buying the EqG dolls. Still dubious.

I can honestly say I like AJ a lot. I also really like most of Sunset Shimmer.

I think the others' hair and outfits are cute.

I do wish they would have made cuter/prettier faces for the dolls though. The current faces take a while to get acclimatized to.

There are 2 things that really bug me about them though. 1) is Sunset Shimmer's big caterpillar-y looking eyebrows. Seriously, adding eyeshadow is fine, but adding eyeshadow that looks like giant eyebrows is not cool. It is one of those things I cannot unsee. 2) is Twi's lack of a neck. This just looks bizarre.

Am I the only one who actually likes the Sunset and Twilight dolls... I will buy them. Maybe because I love Sunset. But Applejack *shiffers* She looks kinda cute but not what she needs to represents.

These are a little creepy... in the movie, the characters are just people with rainbow-hued skin... which I personally think was mainly done to avoid race issues. But these dolls.... they're like dead-eyed attempts to cash in on the 'kemono-mimi' trend from Anime, which is characters with cute animals ears and tails. With anime, it can work because the appendages are well shaped, move, and they're cartoons.... the dolls don't work. Their faces just seem.... weird.
