OMG! Thank you for sharing that picture!  SO CUTE!  (The eyeshadow is bizarre- but easily fixed I think with a bit of acetone...)

So these are really, really growing on me. I hope the deluxe dolls show up on Amazon soon.

I think having the deluxe dolls pictured next to the cheapo non-articulated versions- shows how much difference a little detailing can make (fabric clothes, articulated arms and legs) -  the jointed dolls are 100x cuter than the other ones- I just hope that all of the dolls see a deluxe release. 

I have hope because I think it would be really odd for them not to release the two main characters at least (Twi and SS) as deluxe dolls-  and considering how much Hasbro loves Pinkie-  it would shock me if she didn't see a deluxe doll release as well....  maybe they will stagger the releases like they did with the FS ponies.

It is somewhat odd that NONE of the dolls have shown up in any form on Taobao...

Wow- I really hope they have feet-  the Moxie/Bratz thing is really creepy to me...

The articulated ones are growing on me a little but I still don't really desire to buy them. Looking past the concept and just judging them as dolls, I just don't like how heavy the makeup is. Their eyes themselves are cute and the face shape really doesn't seem too bad. Did anyone else notice that the shine in their eyes are shaped like their cutie marks?! I don't like the glitter eyeshadow, the dark lipstick, or the face tattoos. I'm still unsure how I feel about the ears. I do like and collect certain dolls but I like my dolls to be human, not anthros. Monster High even crosses the line for me. I'm a little curious to see what their feet look like under those giant boots

not sure why they even have the other ones. though i know my niece will want them if she hears about them. (so i'm quiet of her mom will kill me. )

my 10 year old hates them all. I think the articulated ones are not as bad but I will not be buying any.
