Remember she had a different name in Europe...she was called Summer Heatwave

One day, Summer Heatwave discovered a secret garden inside a little cave. "But everything is dark green," she said in surprise. "I thought there'd be bright sizzling colours everywhere on this tropical island." She shook her head in amazement as she looked around. "We need a summer heatwave," whispered the dark green plants. "Shake your head again, little pony. The heat from your bright curls will help us to grow delicious fruit." And it did! Summer Heatwave picked some of the fruit and took it outside to share with the other Tropical Ponies.

While the four friends nibbled a tasty lunch beneath gleaming green palm trees, tropical rainbow dew fell on them and changed them into the brightest ponies of all*. The delighted friends quickly sailed back to Ponyland to show everyone their brilliant new look. And that is the story of how the Tropical Ponies got their bright colors!"

I am sure her Euro backcard story is in one of the UK comics but I cant remember which one off the top of my head unfortunately.

On a side note, I opened her and she seems to have some dirt/some sort of water stain inside of her. Should I try to clean that or just leave it? Her plastic seems to be still of good quality (had a HECK of a time pulling her head off!) so I'm not too concerned.

If you have opened her up and there is anything inside which could get worse then I think you may as well clean her up. Just make sure if you are going to use water that you take her tail and washer out otherwise you will risk getting them wet and causing rust.
