Unfortunately when we are in the middle of a line, there is always a risk something will actually be released but as others have said even the 4DEs wont have the kind of detail and finish as an expensive hand made plush.

this is true as well. despite all these answers yelling "LUNA!!" at me i am still slightly (only slightly!!) leaning towards NMM. her colours just stand out more, and for some reason the NMM plush looks more rounded and accurate. but oh... Luna is, well, Luna! Dangit, why can't i just make a decision and stick with it???  lol

i guess i would lean toward luna. as i love her soft colors. but you should probably go with nmm as the chances of a plushie ever appearing of her from the retail side is really slim.

if they ever get around to making better plushes i can see luna being made.

Eeeyep! i can't wait to see Tabitha's reaction at BronyCan when I give her an awesome Luna or NMM plush to sign  i seriously can't wait!! the last time i met her i had locked into my shy mode, and I was blushing so hard, and then she called me a sweetheart!!!

I haven't seen tooooo many plushes of her and, Hasbro is more likely to make a Luna plush than a NMM one!

They're both great characters, but I'd definitely go with the Nightmare Moon. Luna's adorable, but she's a bit monochromatic as a plushie. I can see why it's a tough choice, though!
