Well done, I really like your detail work.  Do you use a clay machine to get sheets to use or a rolling pin?

I use a plastic shopping bag, liberally smeared with hand lotion.  I slap a ball of Apoxie between two sides of the bag, and I roll everything out with a bottle of Captain Morgan.

Babe we so need to get together and have some fun!  One last annoying question, do you use anything to smooth with? 

I just use my fingers for the most part.  I generally have enough lotion on my fingers to get things smooth, but I'll sand things out if it's really needed.   I experimented with rubbing alcohol with my pony from the carousel swap, but only with using it to lube up my tools to keep stuff from sticking to them.

Someday I may have to commission something similar from you - my husband occasionally calls me The Wheedler (as once in awhile I can be a bit obnoxious, usually on purpose, haha!) and said that The Wheedler would be a Batman villain similar in design to Harlequin.  I figured I could translate that pretty well into a ponysona LOL

See I worry about lotion in the long run as I have had with an older material staying stuck issues so I hesitate to use things that might end up reacting.  Aves does make a smooth on product that rocks but it is expensive.  I love the rubbing alcohol to smooth things out, check out the Breyer I am working on, all that was smoothed out with ra and I did not really need to sand anything. 

Again she is just lovely and love your eye for detail.
