G1 -> G4 Custom Sparkle Sky Rocket

I absolutely adore sparkly ponies, which is why I decided to do my own take on one of the G1 Sparkle ponies, Sky Rocket!  Sky Rocket was made from a Pinkie Pie base, dusted with Pearl Ex True Blue to give her a great metallic base color, then coated with about six different colors of glitter so she's super sparkly!

I'm not a big fan of tinsel, so when I rehaired her with nylon, I opted to go with dark blue stripes (matching her original tinsel color) instead. 

I think she's gorgeous, and I hope you like her too!

I'm with you regarding sparkle ponies, so I can't dislike this little guy either. you did a good job, her body colour is especially awesome!

One can still hope for transparent bait to work with but I love your take on it!  I'm not a huge fan of tinsel either so the streaks in her hair add a nice touch too:) Great job! I need to try this, I really love this set:)
