Thanks for the replies everyone!I am not saying that I buy ponies as an investment, waiting to make money on them at a later date.... but if I do ever decide to sell my collection (it's not even entering my head right now but in a few years time when I'm hopefully looking to buy my own place then who knows) then I just like to know that any ponies that I've thrown down a large amount for will retain a similar price. But for the moment... yeah I think I'll save that money in my account. This is unless an absolute perfect pony comes along and I can't say no of course!
My problem is not so much the buying but after its in my collection and perhaps been on display a year or two. I almost dread looking at ponies under the bright lights when I clean them - just in case I find something I dont want to!
