The only extra I've gotten (other than the sweet "Thanks for bidding!" notes) was a pressed four-leaf clover on a laminated card, and a postcard with modern Japanese art on it.

What had I bought, you ask?  Sesame-seed furikake to sprinkle on rice.  I guess I have extra-lucky rice now.  The seller also sent me a sweet little note in Engrish about who the artist was from the postcard.  I think I still have that note somewhere...

That image just made my day! The only extras I got were: one when I bought the Wii, there was a sd card in it nobody said it there was one. Second I bought also second hand a laptop, with the information of the previous owner, that is very dangerous.

Tulagirl: It certainly brought a smile to my face!   The furikake in its little shaker was only a couple dollars, so I guess the seller figured he'd really make me feel like I'd gotten my money's worth to ship it all the way from Japan.

Alkevin:  Ooh, free SD card!  That's always a nice surprise.  The laptop...REALLY should have been wiped before you bought it.  Either the seller or the previous owner got dangerously careless.
