Do you think somehow we can make this an "official" AC fc thread? I know someone mentioned putting the codes in the fp, if that's still possible that's great. Otherwise, I or anyone who wants to can start a new thread and put the codes up in a nicely compiled list ordered by date of add so that it will be easier to keep track of who you may have already added  Just throwing it out there...maybe I'm the only one lol

I think having an 'official' list is a great idea! That way, new people can be added onto the bottom and everyone else can add them as they appear.

An 'old school' AC player here! I've played both City Folk and the original, although I only own the latter. I finally decided to begin playing it again after unpacking it after a year; amazingly, all of my old neighbors were still there.
I doubt I'll purchase the newest one, as I'm still trying to purchase older games that have escaped my grasp throughout the years.

Haha, I booted up my GC Animal Crossing this morning for my son to play (and stop asking to play New Leaf) and my village I made a few years ago was still there. One of the villagers was like 'Oh, you've been away for 64 months... did you take a vacation?" LOL. That's, like, over 5 years since I last played. Let me tell you, there were many, many weeds that needed removing!
