I scored animators Belle and Snow White at my local goodwill today.  They both have their dresses, but no shoes.  Kiddo loves them anyways!   Here's snow at the spa

They're done!  I should have taken before pics, but the difference is huge.  I always say that Rapunzel is the worst doll to find second hand due to the hair, but Belle was a close second.

Wow. I didn't realize Belle had such long hair.

I saw Elsa and Anna diaries today at Walmart. I was going to get an Elsa one but all of the Elsa ones were missing the keys. In fact only one Anna diary had the keys still with it.

I found Disney Animator Rapunzel at a kid consignment sale today!  I don't usually collect these big toddler dolls, but I'm becoming very fond of her.  Should I keep her?  I saw one going for $17 on ebay, so I could sell her.  Not sure what to do!  Is she supposed to be bare foot?

Yes. She is supposed to be bare foot. She doesn't wear any shoes in the film so they translated that into the dolls.

Congrats on your find!  :cheer:  :bigups:  :frolic: *nods* she didnt come with any shoes on.
Personally I would keep her - but thats cos I have a Tangled/Rapunzel army... :lookround:  Tangled and Frozen are my faves :lovey:
but its up to you if you wanna keep her or not - or perhaps keep her for a bit longer and then see how feel. If you still like her then keep her, if you'd rather have the monies, then sell :)

So I think im going to keep her! I just fell in love with her. I looked online at the other Animator dolls and I would love to get more but might wait to find them used.  Her hair is rally a mess though. How do I get it shiny and silky again?

I guess it should clean up ok with shampoo and plenty regular conditioner (  I like Herbal essences "Hello Hydration" - the blue one) and a decent hair brush.. oh and plenty of hard work too - Rapunzel definitely has the toughest hair to sort out! :P  )  If its really bad you might try flat ironing, but I'm not sure if thats safe on dolls hair. Maybe someone else here has better advice :relaxed:

I found a toddler Rapunzel at the thrift a few years ago (not the Disney Store one though) and her hair was a mess as well. I took small bits of her hair and carefully brushed it out. Doing it in smaller portions really helps! It's time consuming but she'll look beautiful when she's done :D Anyone else love that she has a short brown piece of hair? ^.^ Thought that was so neat they remembered that when I was brushing out her hair :)
