That $ 10000 ebay sale might be a shill bidder. Someone (possibly the seller them self) who "buys" without the intent to pay but makes it look like the dolls go for really high prices so when you list it for real it sells for more than expected.

Or someone who thinks the seller is ridiculous decided to "buy" but has no intent to pay. They made a fake account just to make the seller go through the pains of trying to get money from them that they will never pay.  Plus it means the seller gets big ebay fees, which they can get back if they go through the non-paying buyer report in ebay which takes time. So someone may have bought them to irritate the seller.

Glad you found the doll stands and that toddler Rapunzel is too cute!

And the auction says "Sold for:US $10,000.00" and it came up in the "sold" pages so I think it really did sell XD

I went to see Frozen for the third time yesterday! The theater was packed  There was a guy behind us and when *SPOILER* Hans revealed himself to be evil, the guy said, "Duuuuuuuuude..." LOL I take it he was surprised

Went to Target afterwards and there were four Anna dolls, NO Elsa's. Went to Wal-Mart and NO Anna dolls and NO Elsa dolls. They're sold out everywhere in my area :freak: I'm going to a different Wal-Mart tomorrow and hopefully they'll have something there. I would like to get the set with Sven *crosses fingers*

BTW - Does anyone know for sure if we'll be charged for the LE dolls in March? There were a few people on the FB doll page that were saying they were charged already  I've not been charged, but I was just making sure lol

They 100% will charge in March. They never charge for pre-orders. Those who say they were charged, weren't really charged. They put a hold on their account to make sure their card is good and has funds. Many companies do that with pre-orders. The money is then "released" after a couple of days. I never got a hold on my account though surprisingly.

I could swear my card was charged when I went in store to buy a doll, but when I bought one online it disappeared.

In store you get charged, online you don't. Sorry! Should have clarified that!

I was charged for my LE Elsa already but I think it might have been because I ordered two other dolls at the same time

Nevermind. I see that the money has been released just like Bow Tie said.

I'm sorry for everyone who wasn't able to get a doll  I hope those in the UK have good luck, I'm surprised they're only releasing 500 in the UK

Not only for the UK- it's 500 for all of Europe! That's just so ridiculous. There are so many collectors alone in Germany and UK, not to think about France, Belgium, Netherlands and so on... they should sell at least 1000 each here, if not 1500 or even more :(

Well, my phone does not do these gorgeous dolls justice (I really need to invest in a nice camera), but she has a very light purple/blue hue to her skin.

Disney did the same thing with the Vanessa doll that was in the deluxe Little Mermaid set. Thy gave her a purplish skin tone instead of the one like she had in the movie. Some people love the fact she has purple skin and some don't I really think they should have gone with her movie skintone.

*waits for Disney Store Elsa to come back in stock*

She is from the deluxe set with coronation Anna. My fiance got the set for me for Christmas. We picked it up during the friends and family sale and got it for around $55. I love the set a lot!

Someone on tumblr posted a picture of the two promo headshots of LE Blue Dress Elsa and LE Coronation Elsa side by side. You can really see the difference in the skin. Blue Dress Elsa definitely has blue skin. I think that's one of the things that turned me off from her.

I just got a second order of Disney Classic dolls (LOOK THEY KEEP DOING FREE SHIPPING SALES I CAN'T HELP IT). I've only opened three so far, so I have three more (well, maybe two - not 100% sure I'm keeping Maleficent). I took some pictures that I'll post later, but I opened Queen Elinor, Anna, and Jasmine. I REALLY love Jasmine's clothing fabric btw, and I was super-pleased to see that her jewelry is actually shiny. I had a Jasmine as a kid whose earrings were just painted a plain gold-ish color. I also had a problem with Queen Elinor's unboxing, in the sense that there was some plastic sticking out of her head where she was attached to the box. I had to shove it into her head, basically. I had the same problem with my Merida. :/

ALSO. Anyone with the Classic Anna unboxed: have you cut the ties holding her hair to her cape? How did you manage it without damaging either? I really want to be able to adjust her hair/have her try on different clothes, but I can't figure this out. :/ Any advice?

There is a Big differance in the skin tones of the two. I prefer the cornation Elsa. Makes me even sadder that I wasn't able to get her.
