Disney dolls discussion!

has anyone gotten the new Frozen dolls?? They look AMAZING!!!! I love everything about them. If you do photos would be awesome 

I have both of them boxed together. I was at Disney's D23 Expo back in August and they released an exclusive doll set of Anna & Elsa at the event. I really like their different looks. Here is the picture of the two of them in their box.

EEEEp look how pretty!!! From what I have heard the only difference between the D23 2 pack and the single dolls at the Disney Store is that Anna's skirt is Hemmed in the single pack while it is unhemmed in the D23 2 pack.

I could be wrong. But it is just what I have heard  They are beautiful either way.

I started out liking Elsa more than Anna when the photo's were leaked. But now that I have seen more detailed shots of Anna I am in love!! So hopefully they will both be mine

Those Frozen dolls are gorgeous! I think Elsa looks a bit like Tinker Bell and Anna looks like Rapunzel While I like Elsa's design and dress more, I think Anna has a prettier face

No idea, I haven't opened them. I did look at the Disney Store ones when they were released, and to me the dolls look exactly the same. For me, that's kind of a bummer because they were being advertised as an "exclusive doll set" to the event,  so I'd say most were expecting a slight variation from what would be the standard release. Price wise, not much difference, they were $4 more than if they were bought now full price at the Disney Store, which is not a terrible amount. Call it a service charge for having them 2 months early I guess. But I bet all those people on ebay who bought them for the crazy amounts they were going for after the event are kicking themselves.

Oh and Ponyfan, I agree with you that Elsa reminds me a bit of Periwinkle. It's what I first thought of when I first saw her images after they were released.

Does anyone have an Anna or Elsa doll that they have opened? I'm wondering if they have knee joints or not. I'm thinking most likely not since the new classic series princesses don't, but I'm hoping I'm wrong.

Im  very innocent and too a while to work out what "shipping" was.

I like those MU dolls! I was really hoping that the Frozen dolls had articulated knees too. I love how my Monster High dolls sit so nicely on the edge of the shelf and I would love the Frozen dolls to do the same.

I like those MU dolls! I was really hoping that the Frozen dolls had articulated knees too. I love how my Monster High dolls sit so nicely on the edge of the shelf and I would love the Frozen dolls to do the same.

Oh and The DS dolls with the jointed legs won't sit like ladies like Monster High. Disney made a big boo boo with the hip joints so when the dolls sit their legs spread open. Not very princess like at all. But as Disney is, instead of fixing the problem they went back to the rubber legs.
