Removing nail polish/glitter painted over eyes?

The cutest little face but I think she might have been a party girl with this kind of wild eyeshadow!

Can it be removed at all without damaging the original eye paint too much? I'm not sure if the "eyeshadow" is nail polish or glitter paint.

I thought maybe an oxi bath and scrubbing with a toothbrush? I don't want to ruin her... Any ideas how to remove the "eyeshadow" safely? :)

Toothbrush is a good idea - I'd also recommend Mr. Clean's Magic Eraser, if you can't scrape it off with your fingernails. Magic Eraser might remove some of the eyepaint if you scrub too hard, so go carefully!

I managed to clean the rest of the pony with a magic eraser, but this eyeshadow is stubborn, it's still there.

About oxi bath... I'm wondering if nail polish is something that gets so well attached to the eye paint that if I put the pony in an oxi bath and scrub with a toothbrush, does the part of the eye paint affected with eyeshadow come off together with the polish/glitter..?

Ohhh, poor pony! I've gotten some sort of "eyeshadow" off of a pony before with magic eraser, and it was in her eyes, in the corners? But I don't want to lead you astray... Maybe try cleaning it off of her eyebrow area first, see how magic eraser or gentle scrubbing works on the nail polish or whatever, and then try it on the eye?

I've heard from the AG community that a non-acetone nail polish remover can be good for stuff like this, but they were usually talking about doll hands and the like, not painted areas.  So it may or may not work.

Oh bless her little socks...she looks like she had a good time at some point in her life :)

What about rubbing alcohol on a soft cloth? That should remove it if its nail polish and then make sure to wash down after?
Thank you Matcha for my gorgeous Baby Fifi avi
