I'm very glad to hear its resolved now but what a shame that beautiful pony got ruined . That pony could  be successfully sunfaded, but I think that you made the decision that was right for you  and I hope that this seller will learn from her mistake

That's terrible.
I would never package anything without it being in a plastic bag/bubble wrap/or some other secure thing that is not able to be melted on or ink transferred to the item.
