What is this weird accessory?

Is it from Hasbro's Love-a-Bye Baby line?  I know they had similar type hats but I'm not sure if it's from there or not.

Yes thats right the Love A Bye Baby line.

As Goldilocks says there are mainly colour differences but as well as some colour combos we didnt see with MLP, some of the releases did come with the yellow duckies and with the original baby coloured stackers.

Omgomgomg! That is exactly what I was looking for - those accessories Are AMAZING!! I want them all now, for my ponies though, hahah! I LOVE the white ducky! Thank you so much Honey Pie (and everyone!) for showing me what this went to! I was scouring Google Images but had a really hard time finding anything and never saw those!

The white duckie [albeit with different wheels] was actually released with the Loving Family pony furniture sets as well! Its only the pink duckie which never got an MLP release.

In the UK/Euro we got 6 releases of "furniture" for the Loving Families. They were all items which had previously been released but there are colour differences - we got 2 x wagons [such as those seen with Baby Lofty] with rattles, 2 x high chairs [such as those seen with Baby Gusty] with bottles and 2 x playpens [such as those seen with Baby Cotton Candy] with duckie pull toys.

^ In all seriousness though - even after all these years of collecting I NEVER knew this. It's really interesting and I really thank everyone for posting in this thread because I've learned not only what my weird party hat is (I opted to give it to my Alternate Rehair of Princess Primrose, instead of Party Time) but also that there were MLP releases of accessories I had no idea about!
This is why the Arena community is awesome.

Thanks again for all the info! I am so keeping my eyes peeled for the baby dolls (and accessories) since I doubt much UK MLP furniture would end up here at a garage sale or flea, but hey, you never know!
