These are all so good!!!!  Gosh I love the colours in old photos.
The family photo album that I know of is at my mum's..... I know for a fact there's at least one pic of me holding my Sugar Sweet, I would love to find it!! Please keep sharing!!!

Well today for Mother's Day I was looking through old pics and found these 2 gems

this one is a photo of a friend of mine at my bday party and look at the plate!! its MLP the glory plates!!
what soo funny is that i totally bought those same plates to use at my 30th Bday mlp party

i didnt actually use the plates ... chickened out in the end, didnt wanna use real vintage G1 plates... but i DID use the table cloth (thats me in the blue dress)

and then this is my fave pic! thats me and my mom a few days before my brother was born. notice who im holding?!?!? PARASOL!!!!!!!! with her sticker so i must have gotten her that day as a new big sis present.
whats sooooo cool about this is that i have NO memory of owning her BUT i have always LOVED her. and i always thought "i really wanted her when i was young but i never got her" in fact i love her SO much that when i sold my entire MLP collection a couple years back... PARASOL was the ONLY one i kept....... and i even had her on display WITH my childhood ponies 
i have always said that if i ever had an army, it would be parasol...
i cant tell you how happy i was to see this pic!!!
im just pony giddy right now!!
basically i always loved her but never knew I had her as a kid

OMG AND i just realized i also decorated my 30th bday cake as PARASOL!!!!

It is fun to see everyone with their childhood ponies! I do not believe I have any photos of me with my ponies. I was usually outside playing with toads or cars anyway.

I was so jealous because I only had like 10 ponies and she had tons of them. As you can see from my face, I was not happy. 

Ahhh!  If it makes you feel better, I would have been jealous of YOU!  I remember there was an absolutely awful girl in second grade who had five ponies + the Show Stable (she brought them to school one day--and they sat right by my desk--so close yet so far!  I still remember I could see Lemon Drop, Cotton Candy, and Glory in there . . .) and on the way home from school in the car, I told my mother how many ponies that girl had and my mother said "FIVE!?!?"  We thought that was amazing!  Or at least my mother played along like it was amazing (she was very frugal/non-materialistic--I loved STUFF).

At that point I only had one pony, Cotton Candy, much beloved (and I still have her).  I did eventually get more than five in childhood, but it took a long while.  I would have been overwhelmed (and in love with) your ten!

I do have childhood pics of my ponies, but sadly none scanned in my computer

These are the cutest pictures guys. I love these threads! Seeing children playing with their ponies just makes me feel so happy. It's sweet!

Unfortunately, these threads also make me quite sad, because I can never find my childhood picture. There is a specific one that I am looking for around the house and can't find- I'm 2 or 3 years old, wearing plastic toy sunglasses shaped like stars, and playing a piano as Star Glow sits on top of it. I may or may not be wearing a little cap too. I guess all I can do is just keep describing it until I actually find it.

When I turned 7 years old, I had the best birthday ever - I got a ton of My Little Pony stuff!  There is a video somewhere on tape but I would love to see if we have any pictures from that day.  I remember getting the beauty parlor (without the pony) and I think I even got Tassles, a Merry Go Round pony.  I still have Tassles and some of the beauty parlor accessories, which is on my list for the Fair coming up.  Good times!
