She is one  of the ones that often fades, so it will depend on the extent of the fading for a value, but generally I would say $20-30.

Thanks! I think I got a fairly good deal on her but I'll have to see when she arrives. I actually prefer her white so I hope she's quite faded! It was hard to tell on the eBay pic.
