Name my 'Megan' custom

Hey you talented people! I was hoping that maybe you guys might lend me you're amazing expertise. Here is my rehaired childhood Megan. Her hair had been a rats nest before. Now it's messy because my daughter swiped her and I found her in her toy bin ^^ Anyways, number one, I want to repaint her lips, and I want to know the best way to go about it to make them look full and natural and pink ^^ Secondly, I want to know what you guys think I should name her.

Here's a little something about her.

age- 10

favorite color- pastel pink

favorite food- cookies and milk

Favorite game- Rainbow chasing

Personality- Gentle and empathetic, slow to get angry but whew, when she does she's a little pistol! She's also very creative, though not very book smart.

Likes- Sleeping on fluffy clouds with Masquerade, telling jokes with Whizzer, sharing secrets with Locket, and spending time with her best friend, SweetStuff. She's spending a lot of time trying to earn Mimic, the leader of the TE's, trust and friendship. She's based in a G1 world, and mostly associates with the twinkle eye ponies in her dreams. As she sleep each night, she travels to dream valley to live her double life!

I have heard a lot about modge podge. Does that work well? Where do I buy it?

I don't know about how well it works since I haven't used it on ponies or dolls, but you can find it an pretty much any craft store. Be aware there are different finishes - i.e. "satin" and "matte"
