Where was it said that the SDCC exclusive will be $50 this year?

I think everyone is just assuming the SDCC pony and the Fair pony will be the same again, and the Fair pony is $50.

I believe its been confirmed its the same pony again just don't quote me on that.

We cant all keep jumping to conclusion about who its going to be. They might be a lot better not letting it get out till its time. I cant wait and I am going to keep an open mind about it

Hmm, there seem to be wayyy more Mrs. Cakes than there were Derpies. But then again, we are still seeing random Derpies pop up a lot these days as well.

If she is an exclusive pony, she would probably be part of a set with other ponies.

I hope they go with a fashion style sized one again.

I hope it's a G4 M6 in G1 format boxed set w/ Spike, that would be special, though I wouldn't expect Hasbro to cater to anyone but G4 collectors.

I dont think Mrs Cake will be the SDCC exclusive, unless she is bundled together with the filly or other ponies with some crazy awesome collectable packaging. With how well the one from last year sold, I guarantee it will be a G4 pony or an older gen pony in a G4 mold. I am dreaming but those glitter translucents of Wysteria and Pinkie are pretty awesome and seem suspicious! I know for now they are prototypes in extremely limited numbers, but I was researching online and saw the prototype for last year's Ditzy being leaked in March. We recently have seen the prototypes for Wysteria and Pinkie Pie... could it be possible their official releases could be in mass production soon? Id love a G3 set in G4 molds =) I am also feeling it might be another fashion-style size pony or villian figure. I think by late next month the next SDCC will finally be revealed! Im excited to know what it is!

I am also super excited about that glitter Wysteria.  On another thread, I came up with an elaborate speculation involving a 6 pony set.  In a way though, I am hoping they are not the exclusive but a more general release to celebrate the30 year anniversery.  I would be more likely to be able to get it that way since i cant make it to the fair.  I could difinetly see Hasbro releasing several two packs featuring one of the mane six and one previous gen update.

At the $50 I dont think its going to be Mrs Cake, there are an incredible amount of them tuning up for sale for what will be a shorter run product if she was to be an exclusive.

I agree, I feel like it could be Discord since they say "figure" and not pony. That could be a huge hint.
