Question about Baby Dots n' Hearts

Are Baby Dots n' Hearts a nirvana pony? because under her hoof it is written made in "Thailand"
or is she a ordinary pony?

The Thailand version is the regular ones. I believe they were trying a new factory or something with the fancy pants babies. All the fancy pants that sold in North America are made in Thailand. Sunnybunch and Bows are made in Thailand only while the other 4 were made in china as well and the china versions sold in the UK. Glider, Starburst, Splashes and Dots n Heart actually have the made in China and Thailand versions. I'm hoping to finish that set at the fair because its hard to see which version you're getting online.

Yes as LadyStarflower says - these little ladies are the exception to the rule in many ways. However you have a contradictory release in the Mountain Boys who have uber rare Thailand versions which are nirvana and their regular China releases who are the standard release.

There is also some variation in the China releases as well - just to add confusion!

Basically yes.
There are minor cosmetic differences between the Thai / China or China / Hong Kong releases, but for the Fancy Pants, Thai's aren't rare.  They're the "standard" release we saw in Canada/US, so they fetch the normal price for the pony in question.  The UK had a couple of variants (and only 4 of the 6 as mentioned, plus Baby Paws and Baby Drummer to make up a set).
