I think there was already a thread on these. The seller took the photo from someone on deviantart.com. I believe someone used a 3D printer to make them, if you translate the sellers listing they're trying to sell something not even close, but they are super cute!

Wow thanks for telling me I had no idea. You mean they stole an image and used it to sort of.. Scam.. Or they are selling them?

That "Twilight Sparkle" G3 style plush showed up on the Arena about a year ago, someone was asking about it's legitimacy. It was debunked it as a bad 'shop job (if you  look close, the bum tattoo is a vector, and the horn was cut and pasted in.

Hmmm...I remember that thread recently someone linked to the actual artists DA account and the TS is a very bad photoshop of one of the G3 plushes.

Alas that's the risk you take on Taobao - often it works like alibaba with sellers not actually having the items they are offering its more along the lines of a promise of what they could sell you if you purchased from them.
