I saw her yesterday too, so cute! I didn't even bother with taoboanow, they are so slow:( If there's not more than a 100 in stock they'll be gone before they get back to you. I found a seller with Starswirl instock the other day, granted they only has 3, placed my order and it took them almost 2 days so of course they were gone, and then the same pic pops up on ebay for $35..

Unfortunetly this is my first time trying them. They seem to have all my stuff from my 2 orders but just waiting to pay the shipping. Not holding my breath for ever finding something rare but it is nice for the international exclusives like Skywishes and Ploomette or Star Dreams that never showed up here:)

I would assume craft stores would, it's apparently by the sewing items in spools.
