Can I get help from a UKer on an auction? (urgently)

I do have a friend that does help me with these, but I am not sure if I have tried to reach her in time.  I need help with an auction as the seller will not post to the US.  Can you bid for me, receive the item, and ship to me?  I would of course reimburse you your costs and am happy to do extra.  Please let me know if you would be willing to help me
