Just went to toysrus and i could not use the voucher mattel sent me on monster high dolls. I am so peeved. They told me since it doesn't say monster high on it its not redemable for that product since it's not on the voucher EEERRR!
Anyone else have issue at stores with these coupons/vouchers???

I seem to recall when Mattel sent me a voucher, they told me that the stores *had* to accept them.

Thank you just read over the ltr attached to the voucher and it does say "ANY" mattel item. So took the eeciept to the manager that told me no and she refunded me and took the voucher Yeah!

yeah, it's odd that they didn't originally allow you to use the voucher on MH. I mean, the voucher says Mattel/Fischer Price on it. MH is a Mattel product. We have NEVER refused them on any Mattel or Fischer Price item at my TRU. Maybe the person was just being a big butthead?

$22.99 USD, apparently. That's not too terrible so as long as they make it to my part of Canada, I could totally get one! Kind of cheesy that the "preview" is just a drawing insted of a prototype at least, though ;

I finally got my Howleen!! Dance class howleen!! Glad I grabbed her when I found her on the Walmart shelf. I went back two days later and the other three were gone off the shelf. My daughter wanted Howleen too, but alas... 

She's adorable! She almost fits the other MH girl clothes, which is good but I wonder... Will they have fashion packs for Nefera and Howleen since these girls have different body size/shapes than the others? Howleen has such a cute and muscular body. Her thicker legs and arms are cute.

Woo! Got a Siren add on today! I was kind of iffy about her hair but it looks ok. I switched it out for the cat CaMs wig and she's just too cute. Come on Mattel make us some more torsos! And another boy set!

Thanks to flickr, I just discovered that La Dee Da dresses (though a big snug) fit MH. I found this awesome one I want, but it's something like $18 online when Target says that it has it in stores for $9. Hmm...

My guess is that her new assigment is at a school for magic, least thats the way they make it sound.

I'm torn on wether or not I hope they use the same molds for the dolls...on one hand, it will be cool to have a "sister" line to MH , on the other hand, thats another hit to my wallet, but regardless, the little teases make it look pretty nifty...i'm hooked and will defineitly be checking back...and I don't hink I'll miss cupid in the MH halls too much, its a fair trade off for a neat new spin off!

She's definetly an interesting choice to spi  off tho, I guess it's because she's not as monster-ish as the rest of the ghouls...

I'm with you on that point! Village of Bookend definitely gave off that magic book shop vibe. If it's a spin off it could be really fun even if they are the same doll molds....

And I never did see exactly how Cupid fit into monster high either.  So this spin off could be great!

Cupid did seem a little out of place this whole time...since she was just an exclusive doll made for a special....but if they take her in a new direction it might just be really fun to see what's out in the world that we don't know about yet!
