I hate art thieves with a burning passion.
It's even worse when you find out they're selling your artworks. One of my friends had that happen to her one time. She was on vacation and while walking past a tattoo studio she saw one of her designs in the display window (!!!)

Sadly, plastering a pic with watermarks is often the only way to prevent theft. I'm no fan of that - it somehow ruins the pic - but I did subtle watermarks in the past and most of the time when people ended up stealing something, they just erased it (colored over it, copy-pasted another part of the background over it, etc).

And some people even have the audacity to point out that the character you have drawn or taken a pic of doesn't belong to you anyways, so it's all fair game. Argh!

That's basically why I haven't posted any in depth details about my OC or been so discreet about it or refer to them very vaguely when mentioning them because I don't want no punk ass little thives stealing my concept and design and plagerizing claiming it as their own and when I do post photos someone's gonna be like. "Hey I like your version of so and so's character" when originally it's MINE to begin with. =_=;

But believe me, when I do get around to posting them, I'll be plastering their design and concept sketches in my watermark and link to the thread that I first showed them in.

I think I'll be adding like 3 watermarks (as much as I hate adding them in general) the URL to my Flickr page, one with my name, and probably come up with a logo so if they want to steal it, they'll have to try and get rid of all three without ruining it. (although adding watermarks already seems to have ruined the picture in the begining. >,>)

I'm in the Cleo's hair looks odd boat with you ghouls....I LOVE Lala's bat themed heels. I normally wouldn't pick one of these "clones" up, but those bat shoes are too cool to pass up...

That's pretty much how I feel about the I <3 Shoes Draculara. xD  I do like her shoes as well, but I am afraid I may have to buy the doll just for the cape.

I actually really like the Cleo and I'm meh on Draculaura (but I'm always meh on Draculaura). I don't like that all the shoes are previously used molds. I would have liked to see at least one new mold, and some painted details! These are probably a skip for me since my ghoul collection is getting too big!

Really like that Lala, she's not exploding with pink for once. I really like Cleo too. I do wish that at least one pair of shoes for each were new though and not recasts.

I hope these aren't in the price range of the I <3 Fashion dolls...I might like multiples for fashion packs, but not if they're $28+

Seriously though, that Cleo looks AMAZING to the point I think I might get her, but I gotta resist. As for draculaura...She's kinda meh to me for some reason. A whole head of black hair (or at least mostly)?? Looks kinda weird to me. >,<;

Same here.  I do not own a Lala or a Cleo yet, and if they are not going to sell just a "Shoe Fashion Pack" (like I wish they would) then I suppose I might end up with these two since the shoes are not rehashes for me LOL.   I don't care for Lala's outfit much though, just looks like it belongs in a different doll line, but that is OK I have some clothes for her.  One can never have too many shoes .....
