Good Point! But then I wonder why stores would want the same 6 ponies to keep selling over and over with just different accessories

It is very boring-  we should send annoying emails to the store purchasing departments for toys (I did find quite a few listings for the directors of girls toy buying on linked in if anyone gets ambitious...)

At least TRU is giving us some more stuff this next year- hopefully the toys at toyfair are just a small sample...

All you have to do is go to linkedin.com, and then in the search, look for "buyer, toys"

I posted some links in the thread about Minty a while back-  but there were many others on there

I wanted to snag some of these, but I just don't really get how Taobao works.

I got all my current ones on ebay or here so I've spent more than needed. But I recently got some from Taobao and waiting on them to deliver. It wasn't so difficulty, just need a good agent. I went with yoybuy

I have mixed twins- DJ Diamond and Gemma Scratch :P

I know they're just head swaps, but they came this way and I thought they looked awesome as a pair!

You can tell from the pattern and DJ's eyes that it was a mistake to make him that way. It has rarity's eye pattern their instead. They look great, I too have a pair of them coming :)

Prototypes are a lot of fun! I wish I'd been able to pick up the big eyed Grey Pegasus when she was out. She looks great! :)

The actual release of Vinyl Scratch uses Rarity's head mold, eye recesses and all. ;) I do wish it didn't!

Me too, it really bothers me! But I just love Rarity prototypes so I couldn't resist (and they match!). I'd love more Rarity-typos but the others are too rare and hard to get :(

There is a glittery Applejack on ebay right now for a BIN of $300-  but that price is ridiculous.

Yeah, it's the same seller that sold one for $137 and the other for $150. Guess they want more money with this last one :(
