identifying this pretty lady and pc on santa troll

my mom is cleaning out all her toys. and found this doll.
she's in great condition, but my mom says she doesn't know who's it was.
(her's, her mom's etc)
after doing a few searches i haven't found much.
who is she?

The ethnic doll looks like a mass-produced doll from a factory - these were common from 1920-1960's to stimulate business and trade with "local" products.  Without more info from a tag or a certificate, I think you'd have to ask a antique doll collector more about these types of dolls.
