This is what Angel told me:
Sakura, your friend needs to enter a real e-mail without errors and choose the right fantasy animal among the offered five (this is our security code) to pass the registration.

If you know the email was right and you chose the right animal, let me know and I'll tell her.

"Sakura, thanks for the details! There was really a problem with emails with double domain names. We fixed it, now this email should work for registration without problems.
Please write here or send me a PM with username of your friend after she registers (of course, if she still would like to register after this problem) so we can credit her 10 Gold Coins."
