I wonder how these these will compare to molded hair "gift set" ponies. If they are about the same I'll definitely need Fluttershy. I bet they are probably a little smaller though. I might need these anyway. They look really cute.  XD

I'm really surprised they have Fluttershy. She tends to get left out of a lot of merch, along with Rarity and AJ. Since she's my favorite of the main six, I'm always really happy to see her included in stuff.

I actually don't think these will come out in the US. I mean, has Burger King and McDonald's ever had toys based on the same cartoon/movie/whatever in the same year? For example, Burger King used to be the only place to get Pokemon toys in the Kids Meals. But now, BK no longer has Pokemon toys, but McDonald's does. I'm pretty sure there are exclusive contracts in place. Since there were McDonald's logos in the background at the Toy Fair (you can see the arches behind the blind bag/mini ponies in the toy fair pics) and I'm positive I saw the Happy Meal logo on something else related to upcoming MLP stuff as well, I'm sure that means there will be McDonald's ponies again this year.

Really, BK had very little to do with that. And as soon as they had it brought to their attention, they cut ties with the company.

I'm not really sure what the stigma is about eating horse meat anyway. But I digress......

I would want to see the rest of the set before I get too excited over them. I wonder how big they really are. If they are bigger than McPonies, then that would be sweet. However, I LOVE those Tonka trucks! Rather, I think my son would love them. If they make an appearance here, I may have to take him for a happy meal. There is a BK like 3 minutes from my house.

Yay I am  pleased these are a reality.

Fluttershy especially looks lovely.

It is possible for both MCDS and BK to have the same franchise at the same time it all depends on what the licence originally agrees between Hasbro and the restaurant chain.
Thank you Matcha for my gorgeous Baby Fifi avi

I got my Pinkie Pie today and for those who still wonder: she is quite tall, definitely taller than the one from the molded hair gift set.

Does anyone know for sure those sell without the meal like McD does? :O
Is there a limit on how many you can buy? (in case I need to pick up extras for people on here)

I kind of want them, especially now that Naraya confirmed their 'large-ness'. It's just that I am vegetarian and since BK does not offer a veggie-burger like McD I NEVER.EVER.GO.THERE. LOL.
Plus I'd have no idea what to do with the food.. my boyfriend does not like BK food either, so... LOL.

That's so strange. Here in the US, it's BK that has the veggie burger, and McDonalds that has no veggie option. At least not around here.

Ps: I am happy to hear that they are larger. Did they have a display showing everyone in the set?

Strange indeed! xD McD did not have them for a while, but brought them back about a year or so ago. :>
Right now only Subways and McD carry Veggie-Meals. ;7

(tbh tho, I have not ventured into a BK for like.. 5 years? Everyone I know prefers McD or a local BurgerSpot called BlockBurger. So yeah, maybe they have a veggie-burger by now. I wouldn't even know I guess.. XD; )

There was a display behind glass near the door showing the 3 ponies.
