It's random. There's a 1 in 24 chance you could end up getting a sparkle one.

The vinyl figures will be sold in stores, though I'm not sure if the clear variants will as well. I think I read there is one clear variant per box of ponies? Not sure. If you order online, you have a 1 in 24 chance of receiving a chase.
