For me it would be between my first 2 childhood ponies my mum bought me....Applejack and Bowtie (hardly rare)....probably would choose Bowtie since I love her colours and I had a bedside night light with her on it!

Actually though, it'd have to be Red Riding Hood by Puuush; I know that in a fire, she's the one I'd rush to save (before sticking all the others in a bag too!).
