Hmmm Custom clothing for G4s?

I know there have been a lot of questions in the past about clothing on custom ponies and such but I'm curious on how people deal with the G4's small size for custom clothing? I'm giving it a shot at making a template for basic stuff because I wanted to do something for a G4 custom... but it's kind of backfiring on me...

So what would you guys suggest? I want it to be removable and not sculpted... but I wanted it to have some sort of sleeves too (which seems to be what is giving me some problems atm with the template)
