Tell me about Greek Bluebelle
« on: February 15, 2013, 05:58:28 AM »
Ok, so I am getting my first Greek pony! *squeals*

My wonderful husband bought her for me as a "just because" present.

Here she is....well, her auction.....I'm still waiting for her to arrive:
http://www.ebay.com/itm/MLP-GREEK-G1-80s-EL-GRECO-BLUEBELLE-ELSI-MY-LITTLE-PONY-LOOSE-HTF-/271155743133?nma=true&si=uYqDM6gk%252FUIXIY%252BFrczuhDa6SrM%253D&orig_cvip=true&rt=nc&_trksid=p2047675.l2557

But I am curious. I will admit that I am not very knowledgeable when it comes to Nirvanas. But I think I remember something about there being different versions of Greek Bluebelle. One being light and one being darker. I went back to the archived section of the old arena, but a lot of the pics are gone from the spotlight on Greeks and so it wasn't much help. Please help to educate me. :)

Ps: I'm afraid that I am going to start hunting other Greeks now. They are all so cool. lol

There are two adult Greek bluebelles; one has ice blue hair and one has purple, :)

Baby Greek Bluebelle also has two versions, one marches the adult blue hair, and the other has a dark blue body more like the color of blue baby ember

He got a great deal on her for you! The symbol bleeding is typical for Greeks, but her stars are still nice and clear. :)

Rare? Is the Ice Blue greek less common than the purple hair greek Bluebelle? Not that rarity matters, but I am a little curious. lol

They go through phases, but in general I think the ice blue hair one is a bit more common. More  gorgeous too though ;)

Thank you for the info everyone. I so can't wait for her to arrive. I think the estimated day of arrival was Friday. I hope it's sooner. I'll post pics when she arrives. :)

Okay that really pleases me as I bought her for  a steal as she had a mohawk and tail was docked! So when i had partway rehaired her I was told that she was really valuable and rare and I shoulda left her! Phew she looks heaps better now and I feel much better lol. I totally agree that the icey locks is soooo much more attractive than regular shade.
