FF Lemondrop...a myth?

Morning all!

I once heard, a very long time ago, that there was *rumoured* to be a FF version of Lemondrop floating around the ether....

Has anyone else heard this rumour, and has anyone been able to confirm it, or dismiss it conclusively? Has anyone got one/seen one....ever???

She's on my want list with several large question marks next to her - I'd love it to be true as I have a FF Peachy, but if not, then I'd like to remove her once and for all from my want list! Although, having a Mythical Pony on my want list doesn't sound so bad now I've written it down....lol!

I remember Hasbro saying that mold got re-sculpted a few times. There was a sculpt of LD (and the other ponies) that has shorter stouter legs compared to others but they weren't true flat-foots but could easily be mistaken for one in an auction photo.

After 30 years you know we would have found ONE by now if they existed.  Not even the Nirvanas have any flat-foot Lemondrops, right?

It's cause the show stable was released later 1983 after the Collectors ponies all went concave foot - Pretty parlor was released with the first set of Collectors Ponies.

Yes, no FF Lemondrop...  Although, there are a few concave versions of her.  There are differences in her feet stamping and I believe there was a pat pend and non pat pend version.

So the original six and Peachy are the only flat foots (flat feet?) out there? Not including nirvana.

Yes, Hunter-Rose, I believe that seems to be the case 

I have my FF Peachy but she's got some brown spots on her sadly....might have to search for another!

lol i remember asking this some years back  it is sad but true, i ask because of the show stable box showed a FF lemondrop so they probably made one prototype just like the first tooth baby sundance, another one that would have been awesome if hasro made but only showed on a box or brochure

it might be the shy pose version you got confused about, there are two non nirvana versions of her

No, I have the shy pose confetti and I would like a US pose (trotting pose) version.

It was definitely a FF version I heard a rumour of, but again, glad to know that's a myth too (or sad, depending on how you look at it!!) ...but I'm learning, which is one of the many reasons I joined this forum
