Help from sewy-crafty folks?

Awhile back, I saw somewhere (don't ask me where pls ) someone used Howleen's tall sock to refit DT2 Clawdeen's shorts and mask. Is there anyone here that can do that for me except using her jacket for the shorts and the sock for the mask, and maybe minimalize the green thread trim. (pretty sure using a different color thread over it would work; maybe some embroidery thread?) and possibly paint something different on the top in not green.

Is that something someone can do?? I got an extra DT2 Clawdeen that's being turned into Soccer Clawdeen so I have spare jammies :3
