iv stopped bothering with correcting people, because its almost always followed up by :O YOURE A GIRL?! and then people become too nice xD

Exactly this.. When I still used to play World of Warcraft in a serious raiding guild, this is what annoyed me the most. I seriously started to lie im a guy. It was just so hard for people to believe you can be a girl with good gear.

Once I met this really nice player. We played together for hours. Then he found out im a girl because my friend called me a she. After that this guy started spending so much real life money to buy me stuff, asking me to be his girlfriend. Its just stupid.
