I hosted an animated villian swap and this piece was done for a friend I made in that group. 6 sculpted legs and the 2 back normal pony legs. I need to touch up and glue the neck plug in but I am pleased with her.  The legs have armature to support them.  Painted with acrylics sealed with mod podge matte paint on. Detail on the tentacles done with a pen cap to make the little suckers.

That's awesome, I love how you did the tentacles! I wouldn't have even noticed you kept her original legs, they blend in perfectly and surely give her some stability. Great job!

Thank you all for the nice comments! She took forever to finish.  And Colorscapesart I'm glad you think so one of the things I love about Ursula is how her tentacles always roll and move sinisterly about.
