Fancy Pants Don't Get Enough Love!!!

I think they're adorable. Would love to get grubby hands on a variation or two. I re-haired sunnybunch (the green one) with a hot pink forlock... she needed some more pizzaz...

I think they are very underrated babies. I just loveeee Baby Glider!!!
Does anyone know how many different variants there are of them and perhaps have a pic of a full set?

Glider, Starburst, Splashes and Dots n Hearts all had a China and a Taiwan release. Sunnybunch and Bows had a Taiwan release only. All 6, in Taiwan release, were out in the US but Europe only got the first 4, in China version.

The Taiwan to China versions have some nice obvious differences
Starburst - yellow forelock in China
Splashes - blue forelock and pink hair in China
Glider - much larger eye pupil
Dots n Hearts - heart symbols match body colour in China

Within the China releases there are some minor variations again between different batches.

Awesome thanks for the info! I knew there were different ones but wasn't sure of the variations. That helps a lot cuz I want to work on that set next : )

Hahahaha I thought this was a thread about the FiM character named Fancy Pants! But then I opened the thread and found out it was even better!

Here's my story: I have Baby Starburst from my personal childhood collection. Her bowtie is the ONLY mlp accessory I still have from childhood because it stayed on her neck so well. No matter how much I played, that thing never came off and got lost!

I never was interested in collecting the whole Fancy Pants set UNTIL I got a swap box partner in October who was looking to collect them. I got a couple off ebay for my partner and when they came in the mail... I couldn't help it, I instantly fell in love! I almost couldn't put them in the box! lol. Now... I am on a quest for Baby Starburst to find all her sisters! X3

Also my Baby Starbust from childhood has a kinda large blue splot of paint on her neck, hidden under her bowtie. An interesting factory error--I remember seeing it on her neck as a kid when I took her out of the box and took the bowtie off. Now I consider her one-of-a-kind! <3
