I am in agreement. While I take a very "let and let live" stance on spiders, I might smoosh one if it comes crawling out of my swap box.

Please no spiders for me, I tend to drop what has a spider on/in it and run for the hubby! He saves the day many times over usually for me and our daughter.
As for the random item for the specific random collection swap that sounds totally like a great idea!

Love the random thing idea! Now what to put in.  I can't wait for the unveil of all the random stuffs. 

Please please please do not send me one sock.  I can't handle things that are supposed to be together but are not together.  Like socks, or famous couples (I get upset if my mickey mouse doesn't have a minnie), or separating pony families.  I'm kind of ocd about it.  It will bother me.  I will need to find the matching sock. And since I can't separate existing socks I'll have to find a single sock to match it and just... yes please not one sock.

I can agree to that! Or dead spiders, or fake spiders or anything that could resemble a spider. I really don't like spiders.

So... The package I was waiting for arrived while I was away, but our neighbour agreed to pick up our mail so all was well. Well, today she said she left the house for like, 10 minutes, and her dog got a hold of my package and chewed it up  I'm not sure what to do now as it was something that my partner probably wanted MIP. The item itself is fine but the package is chewed and torn on the back. She felt really bad and apologized, I told her it was ok, as what can we do about it now, but now I'm not sure what to do. Debox it or try and find another one on ebay? It's not really something I collect myself...
