Mold on a TE?

Does anyone know what can remove mold from a pony but not destroy the varnish on Gingerbread's eyes? She has a small bit of mold under her leg. I heard bleach could ruin their eyes.

Peroxide will remove some types of mold. I suppose you can stick her body in a zip lock bag and tie it off around her neck?

Do you have a picture? It is unusual, although not impossible of course, to get mould just on the outside of a pony - its normally age marks/cancer or simply in ground dirt. If it is just on her leg there is no need to submerge the entire pony so you could simply soak her lower body in oxi and then follow that up with a good scrub.

As mentioned most chemicals will remove the coating or cause it to become cloudy so if there is no need for her head and eyes to encounter the chemical, then you would be best to simply avoid it altogether.

I would try wiping her mouldy bits over with a bathroom cleaner, just take care to not get the cleaner near her eyes and remember to rinse her off with warm water afterwards :) I have had a lot of success with just bathroom cleaner!
