Hmm...I think I actually like the original eyes better, at least from the front. The other one's eyes don't seem to be focused on anything.

The plastic of the body looks shinier on the newer one, is that true?

I wish they had stuck with the matte vinyl. I like the look of it better. It doesn't look as.... cheap.

Same matte vs shiny variation on the Gray Pegasus as well, so there are 3 versions of her:
Oldest version with 5 bubbles on the cutie mark and matte finish
Old version with 7 bubbles on the cutie mark and matte finish
New version with 7 bubbles on the cutie mark and shiny finish
