One of my New Year's Resolutions this year was to exercise more frequently! I've noticed that when I try to set a goal, I tend to get kinda depressed when I don't meet it; but by saying "more" (as in, more than zero ), I've actually done more exercising than I would have done if I had made a schedule and given up on it! Sure, I could be exercising more than I am; but I am exercising, and I'm not hating it, and that is a big deal for me!!

My resolutions is
#1 Just to have more fun with My kid she is 9 and we are going to do a lot more togather this year.

#2 to keep the weight off I lost last year that was My resolution last year to get some weight off and to stop drinking sodas and I did I lost 80lbs and have not had a soda for 1 year.

#3Get more Organized.
